  • Take the A7 and A51 / E172
  • Go to the end of the highway
  • At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto N85
  • Slight left to stay on N85

General Information

The Gap-Tallard aerodrome is located in the heart of the Alpes de Haute Provence. Set in the plain, the airport is surrounded by mountains and the scenery is simply breathtaking whatever the season of the year. Admire the Alps, Serre Ponçon dam and all the gapençaise valley.

The Gap-Tallard airfield is one of France’s best known for its parachute activities. Indeed, it is one of the main active centers. Other aviation activities take place on the airfield: light aircraft, helicopter, glider, gyroplane, hot air balloon.

Several skydiving centers operate on the Gap-Tallard aerodrome. Cannes Parachute Club realizes its jumps at the Regional School Centre Sport Parachuting Gap / Tallard called CERPS. CERPS has two Pilatus and a modern infrastructure. In the shed of 800 m2, you can use the free WiFi. A snack bar is available as well as a restaurant on the aerodrome.

The area is located approximately 10km from the town of Gap and 2 km from the town of Tallard. You can get there by train, bus or car.

The town of Tallard is famous for its castle from the fourteenth century, we recommend you to visit. You can explore this medieval city by strolling through its streets full of history.

The region is also famous for its fruit growers, including golden apples. You will enjoy direct sales of local products around the airport before or after your jump.
